Its a brand new phone i have 2 of these one was a family member of mine she bought it then didnt not like it cause it was a touch screen and went back to her env and just gave it to me she only used it for a week…. i love mine never had any problems with it what so ever the battery life on mine last me a week and im on my phone alot..
