These are brand new, I imported these personally from Canada as Nestle will not import them to the US and I love them. I just had one yeserday and they are great! I have some extras as I ordered too many for myself. Will ship same or next day with tracking/insurance. Please if you are in a warmer climate where these may sit out for any length of time some melting may occur, so be aware of this. Thanks
