Shipping:
Most of our orders are shipped via USPS with
tracking capabilities within the US and are tracking information is typically
emailed at the time of shipment. U.S. shipping charge is for
48 lower states. Please email us with your ZIP code for Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO or AFO shipping rates via US Postal
Service. Items are sometimes shipped directly from the warehouse,
(No Local Pick Ups!) & items are subject to sell out in rare events. Most
items are shipped within 2 days but please allow up to 3 business days for
processing of your item before it is shipped. Typical estimated arrival time is
5-10 business after processing. Confirmation numbers for tracking can
& will be provided when asked. We can not always deliver to P.O.
Boxes. please provide us with an alternative address in these cases immediately
following your purchase.
Please note that we try our best to ship
everything out at the earliest but buyers should understand that processing may
take 2-5 business days. Shipping to locations on the East Coast generally takes
from 2 to 5 business days from shipping date. Shipping to West Coast may take
from 7 to 10 days from shipping date. We generally ship everything with either
USPS or UPS with Tracking Numbers.

Feedback doesn’t make anyone happy or accomplish anything.
We reserve the right to
run out of merchandise unexpectedly in rare cases. We will contact you
immediately if we have issues related to inventory/shipping.
International buyers:
Your business is very important to us. We advise
you to check with your country’s shipping & custom regulations before
purchasing products. We are not responsible for items that do
not make it through customs. Shipping
charges only cover the cost of shipping. Seller is not responsible for any
customs/duty/tax/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for all customs,
taxes and fees related to your purchase in your country. As these fees are
assessed by each country we are unable to quote a price for or control them.
Please make sure your country allows imports from the US. If you
refuse to pay your local duty or tax, the shipping company may return the
shipment or items can be kept in customs and will be the responsibility of the
buyer. We can only ship to addresses which are Confirmed or Verified
through PayPal. We cannot declare items at a lesser value or as
“gifts.” PayPal is our only accepted form of payment.
Please allow approximately 14-21 Days
for your package to arrive as it may be delayed in customs which is out of our
control.
Terms of Sale:
Items are subject to sellout. If for whatever
reason your item is either sold out, unavailable or on back order a full refund
will be issued immediately once we are notified by our suppliers and
distributors. You will have the option to cancel your purchase for a
full refund. Items are in stock at time of listing but are offered
to other retailers & occasionally go on back order or sell out.
All Sales are Final. We are not a
retail store & it takes a great deal of time & money to correct orders
that were not placed properly. Please before purchasing read the listings
clearly & ask questions before purchasing. Also make sure that you order
the correct item before placing an order.

Return Policy:
We are committed to providing top customer
service. Returns & exchanges may only be accepted for damaged or
defective items only! We can refund the purchase price or we can offer an even
exchange. This will be at our discretion. Shipping and handling is
non-refundable for all returns and exchanges. All return items must
include original packaging, including cartons and boxes. We will not accept any
used, washed or damaged products. Please Contact Us via eBay, to schedule
a return and include your invoice with a brief reason for returning the
package.
For all returns we must be contacted so that a
return may be initiated. Returns will not be accepted if we are not contacted
first. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each
box must be Labeled with OUR Supplied Shipping information. We will
provide you with Return Shipping information. Shipping and insurance
charges are not refundable. Please e-mail for all exchanges. If you
receive an item and “change your mind” or a mistake is made in
ordering, a return will not be accepted. So please make sure you order
correctly before you order.
We may except returns that do not qualify under
our return policy. These returns will only be accepted at our discretion and a
restocking fee may apply.
