Scotland….och aye the noo!

I was asked to make a cake simply as the Saltire flag….but you know me! How can you add humour to a flag? A while ago I made Jimmy Hat mini cakes and they sprang to mind again when the flag request came in. Soooo….what better way to cheer up a flag than to add a Jimmy Hat! Hahaha! “See you Jimmy!”
